How to find the Sale
Claverham Village Hall just off the A370 at Cleeve,
and is opposite Court-De-Wyck Primary School.

There is ample safe parking and good on-site facilities including a lovely fenced, sunny garden with plenty of seating and room to play.

Travelling south on the A370 you take the first right after the Lord Nelson pub, Cleeve. Travelling North on the A370 this turning is the first proper left turning after the Congresbury / Yatton traffic lights and is at the bottom of the long hill.

This is Bishops Road, follow it as it bends through the fields for just over half a mile and the hall is on your right, opposite the school.

From Yatton take Congresbury Road which starts at the top end of the high street just before the bend at Henley Lodge. Follow this road all the way to and through Claverham, and as it twists out of the village the hall is on your left after the long stonewall.

Selling at the Sale
Table Space
The whole of the main Hall will be dedicated to the sale, giving each stall plenty of room.

For your £7 booking fee you will have
table space approx 3’ x 6’,
floor space of approx 3’ x 3
and of course the table space under the table too!

You can book extra space too, one each of any of the following:
£2 for space for a hanging rail
£2 for extra table space approx 3’ x 3’
£ 1.50 for extra floor space approx 3’ x 3’

Leaving Items to be sold for you
If you don’t have enough to sell for a table, or perhaps you’d like to shop and sell at the same time, you can leave items with us to sell on your behalf. You will receive 70% of the sales value of your items sold, less £1 for the Seller Pack that you will need to order before the sale.

Ring or email for a Seller Pack and you will be posted a unique seller id, labels, instructions and some paperwork. You can request a pack up to the Monday before the sale (July 6th)

You can arrange to drop of items from now until the Wednesday before the sale (July 8th). On the sale day your items will be part of a nicely laid out display and will be well looked after. Your proceeds and any unsold items will be available from the Wednesday after the sale (July 15th).
